"SAP and the warehouse could see each other. Operationally, they were blind."
A high-bay warehouse and SAP were technically integrated but operators couldn’t see weight, position, or conveyor state inside SAP. We engineered a real-time interface so a warehouse user opening an SAP screen sees the live weight of goods on the conveyor. The plant gained instant reconciliation between physical flow and book inventory. The team behind it became the founding nucleus of the client’s SAP Global Competency Centre.
"PO valuations were breaking every month end. Across 20 countries."
Twenty country ERPs were drifting from the central SRM hub on FX rates, causing PO valuation failures each month. We designed a reverse-alignment process that pulled rates from each ERP, reconciled them centrally, and pushed back a single corrected set on a controlled cadence. Month-end PO disputes dropped to near zero across all 20 countries. The mechanism became a standing global control in the SRM operating model.

A Swiss bank and a global engineering group were each poised to sign again with their existing SAP supplier. We competed with a sharper architecture proposal and a reusable global SRM approval-workflow framework configurable per country rather than rebuilt per client. Both switched. The same workflow framework was deployed on three subsequent programmes without redevelopment.
"The QR-bill deadline arrived. The invoice form could not produce a compliant slip."
Switzerland’s QR-bill standard came into force and the client’s existing SAP invoice form was not ready. We delivered a QR-Rechnung form integrated into the standard billing output, with correct encoding, reference structure, and bank-validated layout — on the regulatory deadline. The form became the template reused across the client’s subsidiaries.
